Lol, she might not have done it, but I love how you construct her otherwise. I mean, the first one's always the most suspicious right? And that makes most readers focus on them, then later forget because of how things like that usually go- as to where they aren't the killer, but then they were, we just didn't give it much mind after awhile. I like how subtle it is though.
In previous pages, Sherlock mentioned how the room was maintained in a rather ambidextrous manner, so I dunno if Alice handing her number with her left hand was a hint, but if not, then I apologize for looking that far into it. It's also 6am, so my memory mind me jumbled around with lack of sleep. Also, I realize that just cause some of the things were arranged by a left handed person (most likely Alice since she is service) doesn't mean she was there during or after the crime. Perhaps before, just doing her job. Though she seems innocent, I still feel like she had something in this. Not only does she jump right into putting in accusations after a small amount of pressure, but she also inserts her own suspicions as to how the scene might have played out (enforcing an idea), and also inserts a name without hesitation. Usually, people take their time to remember names, and rumors have more than one source when it comes to names. She practically shot it off. XD! I know this is a fan comic, so I don't have to look that deep into it since it's probably the story just diving in rather than straining out, but, still...
I really hope you update though. Re-reading cause I just like it so much
Not to sound overly suspicious but... Didn't you justs see a homicide scene?! And then a detective practically accusing you of the homicide/murder?! How are you calm enough to hand out your number??? I'd be a mess of tears and stutters words! y0do: You really are a mastermind genius. I love this so much!!!
...Why did she give John her number? ....Right. John's a cute guy, why not? Still don't trust reasonable people, though. She's just too... collected for someone who has seen a corpse for the first time - her employer at that.
This is Sherlock Holmes we're talking about. A) We're at a homicide scene. B) We're talking about a woman who Sherlock just accused of lying.
What's not to be suspicious of?
Hell, I find that when Sherlock is concerned it's best to be suspicious of everything: the locked window, the color of a mug, the little deaf lady next door - everything. And even when you do remain alert and suspicious, you still miss the vital clues to a case. It's bloody annoying.
I admire you Alice, though I strongly suspect your guilt. You simply hand over a card. I probably would have been on Sherlock like white on rice, trying to 'help' him... but you -- so *subtle*! I admire your self-restraint. Such a class act... if I didn't think you were up to your frilly-skivvies in the crime, that is.
Y0do, can't tell you how much fun this is. I so hope you continue. Would buy it if printed. You are full of unicorns and fairy dust, or whatever the male equivalent of those things is. How about phoenixes and goblin gold-dust? Sound fair? Take your pick of any/all of the magic above.

this isn't going to be like alone on the water is it?
you'll make such a mess of me

I wonder how she knew that Sherlock was sick?
And I think she knew because he was all sweaty and rambley and then suddenly fainted. I think that's fair signs that someone is sick
